Waste Reduction Education

In order for any recycling program to be successful, a strong educational plan must be implemented. Recognizing this, the City of Moscow and Latah Sanitation incorporated an educational component into their plans for our renovated facility built in 1994.

Moscow Recycling’s Waste Reduction Education Program is an integral part of the operations at the Recycling Center, and focuses on the goal of involving our community in its approach to handling waste through education.
