E-WASTE RECYCLING


Hours of Operation:
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am-5:30pm

The following items must be recycled by all Latah County Residents. This service is free and is funded by Latah County and the City of Moscow:
  • CPUs
  • Laptops
  • Monitors
  • TVs
Businesses, schools, organizations and out-of-county residents are required to recycle these items for a fee of .20 cents/lb. (Washington residents can recycle these for free in their local area.)

Moscow Recycling also accepts other e-waste for a fee of .20 cents/lb. Examples of items accepted include:
  • Printers
  • Keyboards/Mouse
  • DVD/VCR units
  • Digital cameras
  • Copiers
  • Stereo Equipment
  • Electronic Media
  • Game Systems & more

SHREDDING SERVICES

Hours of Operation:
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am-5:30pm

Bring materials to be shredded to Moscow Recycling during operating hours. Fee is .40 cents/lb. Materials are placed in locked bins. Data is shredded on-site by Lewis Clark Recycler’s mobile shredding truck and cut into 5/16” pieces. Shred is then shipped by Lewis Clark to a paper mill for recycling where materials are then blended, bleached, and pulped.

Please, no: Rubber, plastics, metals, 3-ring binders, glue bindings
