Moscow Recycling (MR) is a public/private partnership between the City of Moscow and Latah Sanitation. Services include recycling collection for residential and commercial customers. MR also operates the recycling center, located south of Rosauer’s, which includes recycling and yard waste drop-off. Over 30 different commodities are accepted at the center |
